Tuesday, May 5: Monthly Parent Committee Meeting - 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Queen Anne United Methodist Church (upstairs library) - We'll discuss the upcoming spring round-up, advancement and summertime calendar events. Parents are welcome and encouraged to join us. (Please note: we are still in need of a few parents to step up to join the committee. If you are interested, please plan to join our meeting and see how easy and fun it can be!) Wednesday, May 6: District Awards Banquet - 6:00 p.m. at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (NW 85th Street and 24th Avenue NW in Ballard). We have it on good authority that at least one of our leaders has earned an award recognizing their volunteer contributions to scouting. Each of our Pinewood Derby first place finishers will be participating: Gabe Holmquist (Tiger), Anders Charlton (Wolf), Clayton Hollobaugh (Bear), Jack Kelly (Webelos I), and Cameron Grane (Webelos II).
