Hi Scouts,

We are getting ready for our popcorn delivery on Friday 11/14.  Delivery will be at 6pm at COE ELEMENTARY on 7^th Ave West.  Please make arrangements to pick up your popcorn at that time for delivery to your customers. 

 There are two options for payments which are due before Thanksgiving –

1.      You can write me a check for the full amount when you pick up the popcorn and then keep the money that you collect from your customers

2.      You can sign out the popcorn on 11/14 and collect money from your customers and get all the dollars back to me before Thanksgiving.

Also, Internet ordering is once again available at OrderPopcorn.com.  These orders credit to the scout and our pack and are a great way to earn money for the pack all year long and a great way to service customers near and far as the popcorn is delivered directly to the customer’s door!

Instructions for printing Customer Order Cards (this is good to include with the popcorn you deliver)
1. Go to http://www.trails-end.com/
2. Click on the green SCOUTS box.
3. Click on the "Online Orders" logo.
4. Enter the Username and Password you received from your Leader.
5. Click on a theme to log in.
6. Click on the Printing option.
7. Select the "Print Internet Order Cards" option and follow the on-screen directions.

 * Scout login information was delivered at your den meetings if you need your login again please contact Kristie at 206-285-4338.  Individual scout order card pages will also be posted soon online at www.qacubscouts.org.  

Scout and Parent Instructions for viewing the Orderpopcorn.com Sales Report
1. Go to http://www.trails-end.com/
2. Click on the green SCOUTS box.
3. Click on the "Online Orders" logo.
4. Enter the Username and Password you received from your Leader.
5. Click a theme to log in.
6. Click on the Printing option.
7. Click the "Print Customer History" link.

The resulting page will show you a complete record of consumer purchases.
